What's the difference between the NANO, the SMART, and the FLOW?
The NANO is our entry-level model, ideal for small spaces and small households. The SMART is the most popular choice — it offers the best balance of comfort and budget for most households. The FLOW is designed for large families and heavy use, with the highest flow rate in the range.
Is it difficult to install?
No. Most of our customers install their reverse osmosis system in 1 to 2 hours without prior experience. Each reverse osmosis system comes with comprehensive instructions and remote support included. If you prefer, professional home installation is also available.
Which model is suitable for a family?
The SMART is designed for daily family use of 2 to 4 people. For a large family or very intensive use, the FLOW is recommended. The NANO is more suitable for single people or couples.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All our reverse osmosis systems are guaranteed for 2 years. Our after-sales service is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, to answer any questions or technical problems.
