Installation & maintenance
Installer votre osmoseur simplement, avec ou sans professionnel
Before ordering, check the prerequisites, choose your faucet, then select the installation method best suited to your situation.
Before choosing your installation
The 4 elements to consider
A few simple points can confirm that installation is possible and help you choose the most suitable configuration for your kitchen.
1. An under-sink space
Your reverse osmosis system is installed in the cabinet under the sink (or nearby). You need to allow enough space for the appliance and access to the filters.
2. An accessible water supply
The reverse osmosis system connects to your cold water supply, usually under the sink.
3. An electrical outlet
The RO unit requires an electrical power supply. Directly under the sink or a nearby electrical outlet is sufficient.
4. Choosing your tap
Single-dispense tap included or 3-way tap to replace your current tap: this choice is made during configuration.
Guided setup - Included with your order
Remote Guided Setup
The installation is designed to remain accessible, with clear support and remote assistance if you need it.

Your Questions
Installation FAQ
Is the installation complicated?
No. Most of our customers install their reverse osmosis system with no prior experience. Each reverse osmosis system comes with comprehensive instructions and remote support included. Basic DIY skills are sufficient.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Guided installation is included in your order. You will receive comprehensive instructions and can benefit from remote assistance if needed.
Why send photos before professional installation?
They make it possible to check the available space, water supply, electrical outlet if necessary, and the type of faucet before scheduling the intervention.
What happens if installation isn't possible?
If professional installation is ultimately not feasible, you will be refunded.
What kind of interview should we plan?
Annual replacement of the filter cartridges is sufficient. Aquacycle maintenance kits are available to simplify this step. Expect to pay around €130/year for the NANO and around €100/year for the SMART and FLOW.
Can I buy replacement filters only?
Yes, if you know exactly which references correspond to your RO unit. However, kits remain the simplest solution: they include the consumables suitable for your model and reduce the risk of error. If in doubt, contact Aquacycle before ordering.
Can I use a professional?
Yes. Professional home installation is available. Please contact us for terms and conditions.
