Installation
How does the installation work? 2 options
1) Remote installation by you: Free of charge
If you're a do-it-yourselfer, installing a reverse osmosis unit isn't very complicated. It just takes a little time.
Your order will then be delivered to you, and you can install it yourself, guided by the installation instructions. If necessary, pick up the phone and we'll assist you remotely via video and audio.
2) Professional installation : 200 EUR INCL. VAT
For a turnkey solution, select this option. Your order will then be delivered to you, and we'll contact you by e-mail to schedule a date for installation by one of our professionals.
VAT reduction
Under 4 conditions, you could benefit from a reduced VAT rate of 6% instead of the standard rate of 21%. To qualify, you must meet the following 4 conditions:
- You are a non-taxable person: an individual or a company not subject to VAT.
- Your home is over 10 years old
- Your home is mainly for private use
- Billing is done to you, the end customer
During installation, compliance with these conditions will be checked.
